摘要
目的观察健脾益肺活血法对于改善反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的效果。方法 74例反复呼吸道感染患儿,随机分成对照组与观察组,各37例。两组患儿均进行常规的抗感染等对症治疗,在此基础上对照组给予匹多莫德治疗,观察组应用健脾益肺活血法治疗。比较两组的T淋巴细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)、免疫功能相关血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)水平及复发次数。结果治疗后,观察组的CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平明显高于对照组,CD8+水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组IgG、IgA和IgM水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月中,观察组复发次数为(2.4±0.7)次,明显少于对照组的(5.8±1.3)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肺活血法可明显改善反复呼吸道感染患儿的免疫功能,可在临床中推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of invigorating spleen,nourishing lung and promoting bloodcirculation method in improving immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.MethodsA total of74children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into control group andobservation group,with37cases in each group.Both groups received anti-infection and other symptomatictreatment,and the control group also received piedmont for treatment.The observation group also receivedinvigorating spleen,nourishing lung and promoting blood circulation method for treatment.Comparison weremade on T lymphocytes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+),immune function-related serum immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA and IgM)level and recurrence times in two groups.Results After treatment,the observation grouphad obviously higher CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+level than the control group,and obviously lower CD8+levelthan the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had obviouslyhigher IgG,IgA and IgM level than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).During6months of follow-up,the observation group had obviously less recurrence times as(2.4±0.7)times than(5.8±1.3)times in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionInvigorating spleen,nourishing lung and promoting blood circulation method can significantly improve the immunefunction of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
