摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗方案配合分期综合护理干预对老年脑梗塞患者的医护效果。方法:选取的老年脑梗塞患者50例均为我院神经内科2014年5月-2016年5月收治,采用中西医结合治疗方案,并配合分期综合护理干预,观察医护成效。结果:医护后神经功能缺损评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组选取的50例患者,基本痊愈16例,显著进步23例,进步6例,无变化3例,恶化2例,总有效率为90%。结论:老年脑梗塞患者采用中西医结合治疗的同时,配合分期综合护理干预,可降低患者神经功能缺损程度,改善临床总有效率,具有非常积极的实施价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of the integrative medicine plus comprehensive nursing by stages on cerebral infarction.Methods:50patients were treated in the integrative medicine plus comprehensive nursing.Results:After nursing,the score of neurologicaldeficit was significantly lower than before nursing(P<0.05).16cases were cured;23cases were effective;6cases were a little effective;3cases did not change;2cases were deterioration;the total efficiency was90%.Conclusion:The integrative medicine plus comprehensivenursing by stages on cerebral infarction was effective,by reducing the degree of neurological deficits,with higher value.
