摘要
目的:探讨小儿外伤性血气胸的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法:选取某院收治的31例小儿外伤性血气胸患者为研究对象,对患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,结果:31例患儿住院天数(20.1±9.4)天,15例患儿行保守治疗,16例胸腔闭式引流术,其中10例经胸腔闭式引流后治愈,5例手术治疗,1例气管裂伤肉芽阻塞致一侧肺不张转院多次行纤维支气管镜治疗,其余均康复出院。结论:小儿外伤性血气胸病情危重,变化多端,及时准确全面的诊断及处理,可有效减少患者出现肺不张、肺部感染等并发症的出现,提高救治效果。
Objective:To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax inchildren.Methods:31cases of pediatric traumatic hemopneumothorax in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:28cases were treated,15cases were treated with conservative treatment,16cases were closed thoracicdrainage,5cases were operated,1case was treated with bronchus bronchoscopy.Conclusion:the critical,changingand timely diagnosis and treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax in children can effectively reduce the occurrenceof complications such as atelectasis and pulmonary infection in patients,and improve the key of treatment effect.
