摘要
目的探讨中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术在外伤性血气胸患者的临床疗效及护理体会。方法对62例外伤性血气胸的患者采用中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流法治疗血气胸，护理并观察患者疗效及并发症。结果本组病例患者疼痛少，引流口创伤小、愈合佳，血气胸吸收满意。结论中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术对外伤性血气胸的治疗有积极的作用，可减轻患者的痛苦，利于血气胸吸收，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect and nursing experience of thoracic closed drainage with central venous catheter in traumatic hemopneumothorax patients. Methods 62 cases of traumatic hemopneumothorax received thoracic closed drainage with central venous catheter and related nursing care, curative effect and complications were evaluated. Result Patients in our study benefited from less pain, smaller draining cut and better healing. Conclusions Thoracic closed drainage with central venous catheter has a positive effect in traumatic hemopneumothorax, which can relieve patients＇ pain, shorten hospital stays, and is helpful for hemopneumothorax absorption, worthy of clinical promotion.
