摘要
目的:对重症脑卒中患者开展早期免疫肠内营养支持的临床效果进行分析。方法:选取收治的58例重症脑卒中患者纳入研究中,基于数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组29例;均进行对症治疗,对照组给予常规流质饮食,试验组给予肠内营养治疗,治疗15d后对比两组患者的免疫及营养情况。结果:治疗前后试验组营养、机体免疫功能等指标水平变化较小,整体优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗过程中,两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在重症脑卒中患者临床治疗中实施肠内营养支持,可有效满足患者的机体营养需求,改善免疫功能,减少并发症发生,促进患者康复。
Objective:For early stage for severe stroke patients in immune analysis clinical effect of enteralnutrition support.Methods:58cases of severe stroke patients in the study,based on digital table method wererandomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of29cases;Were symptomatic treatmentand contrast group was given conventional liquid diet,patients given enteral nutrition treatment,compared twogroups of patients after treatment of15d immune and nutritional conditions.Results:Treatment before and afterexperimental indicators such as nutrition,the body's immune function level change is small,the overall better thanthe control group,there are differences,there is statistical significance(P<0.05);In the process of treatment,theincidence of complications in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinicaltreatment of patients with severe cerebral apoplexy implement enteral nutrition support,can effectively meet thebody's nutritional requirements of patients,improve immune function,reduce complications,promote patientsrecover.
