摘要
本文以易班平台,构建"导师制"和"学长制"为两翼的"一体两翼"育人模式,探讨其内涵、构建意义与构建途径,让易班成为让学生学业成长的良好平台,充分发挥易班的育人功能和"亦师亦友"的作用。
With e-class as the platform,this paper constructs aneducation mode based on"tutorial system"and"senior system"as the two wings of the mode,and explores its connotation,constructionsignificance and construction ways,in order to makee-class a good platform for students'academic growth,and givefull play to the education role of e-class.
