摘要
目的探索健康教育对DM及DM伴发PD发病率的影响及健康管理对慢病的重要性和必要性。方法对大同市2个社区362名居民进行健康教育,采用问卷调查和体检相结合,分析比较干预前后体质指数(BMI)、糖尿病、糖尿病伴发牙周病发病现况及牙周健康状况。结果健康教育干预前后比较:健康教育能显著降低糖尿病和糖尿病伴发牙周病的发病人数(P<0.01);定期洁齿和扣齿的人数显著增加(P<0.01);牙周健康状态明显好转,牙结石、牙周病和龋齿患病人数干预前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论健康教育能显著降低糖尿病及糖尿病伴发牙周病的发病率;亦能降低BMI并使牙周健康状态明显好转;尤其能逆转糖尿病前期人群;健康教育还能显著提高健康意识;健康管理对糖尿病等慢病是一项投资甚微,收获极大的模式。
Objective To explore health education on DM and the influence of the incidence of DM with PD and the importance and necessity of health management of slow disease.Method We take the health education362residents in the2community of Datong,and adopts the combination of questionnaire and physical examination,then analysie and compae before and after the intervention in body mass index(BMI),periodontal disease,diabetes,diabetes incidence status and periodontal health.Results Investigating the results of the two communities there are more women than men,more old people than young people.In BMI,blood pressure and pulse within the normal range,the new road community crowd higher BMI,belong to overweight;Periodontal health status is not optimistic,with the number of periodontal disease and dental caries.Diabetes with periodontal disease and diabetes prevalence,on average,17.40%and14.09%,respectively.Comparison before and after health education intervention:health education can significantly reduce the number of the onset of diabetes with periodontal disease and diabetes(P<0.01);Regular cleaning teeth and the number of sprocket increased significantly(P<0.01);Periodontal health status significantly improve,dental calculus,periodontal disease and dental caries prevalence has significant difference before and after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Health education can significantly reduce the incidence of diabetes with periodontal disease and diabetes.Also can lower BMI and periodontal health status improved obviously;Especially to reverse pre-diabetes populations;Health education can significantly improve health consciousness;Health management for the slow disease such as diabetes is a little investment,harvest a great deal of mode.
