摘要
随着高校学生资助相关政策不断完善,勤工助学作为重要的资助手段,发挥着越来越重要的作用。新时期,高校普遍实施全方位、多层次的人才培养战略,勤工助学作为传统的资助手段也面临优化升级。本文对新时期下勤工助学的育人功能进行分析,并挖掘勤工助学工作存在的问题,提出加强高校勤工助学育人功能方法途径,进一步推进高校勤工助学工作,帮助提高高校育人实效性。
With the continuous improvement of the relevant policies of financial aid in colleges and universities,work-study programs,as an important means of financial aid,play an increasingly important role.In the new period,colleges and universities generally implement the all-round and multi-level talent training strategy,so work-study programs,as a traditional means of financial aid,is also facing optimization and upgrading.This paper analyzes the educational function of work-study programs in the new period,explores the problems existing in the work ofwork-study programs,and puts forward the ways to strengthen the work of work-study programs in colleges and universities,so as to further promote the work of work-study programs in collegesand universities,and improve the actual effect of education n colleges and universities.
