摘要
文章介绍了为回收利用某微细粒铁矿石中的铁,进行了原矿磁选抛尾-球磨-弱磁选-球磨-弱磁选试验(方案Ⅰ)和原矿磁选抛尾-球磨-弱磁选-塔磨-弱磁选试验(方案Ⅱ)两个工艺方案试验研究。结果表明,方案Ⅱ铁精矿品位略高于方案Ⅰ,说明塔磨机磨矿产品单体解离度略优于球磨,可为该铁矿石的开发利用提供一定的指导作用。
For the recycling iron from a fine-grained iron ore,comparative tests of two processes.the iron ore tailings of magnetic separation and ball milling and ball milling-weak magnetic separation test(scheme I)and magnetic ore tailings-milling-weak magnetic separation tower grinding magnetic separation test(scheme II).Two process results show that scheme II grade of iron concentrate is slightly higher than the first scheme,that tower grinding product monomer dissociation degree is slightly better than that of ball milling,provide some guidance for the development and utilization of iron ore.
