摘要
针对太钢袁家村铁矿的矿石性质及存在的选矿技术难点,开展了选矿技术研究,进行了工艺流程设计。在大量试验研究的基础上,推荐采用一段破碎-半自磨-球磨-弱磁-强磁-再磨-阴离子反浮选流程处理袁家村铁矿,该工艺流程短、无需脱泥,选用耐泥、低温捕收剂CY,低温条件下浮选可得到品位65%以上、回收率大于73%的铁精矿。
In view of the properties of iron ore from Yuanjiacun Iron Mine and technical puzzles for mineral processing therein, experimental study on its beneficiation technology was conducted with a proper flowsheet obtained. The proposed flowsheet consists of a one-stage of crushing, a semi-autogeneous grinding, a ball grinding, a low intensity magnetic separation, a high intensity magnetic separation, a regrinding and a reverse flotation with cationic collector. The flowsheet is relatively short without desliming step. With CY, a slime-endurable and low-temperature adaptable collector, iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery exceeding 65% and 73%, respectively, can be prepared from low temperature flotation.
