摘要
提出了林苗一体化的概念,分析了林苗一体化具有造林目的多样化、技术含量高、综合效益显现快、辐射带动作用大的特征;指出林苗一体化与苗圃地在功能定位、发挥作用、培育目标和地类性质方面的区别;从林苗一体化发展现状出发,阐述了其发展趋势,包括林农参与积极性高涨、政府支持力度加大、成为创建绿化精品途径、有利于培育后备森林资源、其发展将逐步走上规范化轨道五个方面;并对林苗一体化的密度标准、地类认定、备案制、建设规范等问题进行了探讨。
Puts forward the conception of forest-nursery integration,analyzes the features offorest-nursery integration which include diversity of afforestation purposes,high technical content,immediate comprehensive benefits and obvious regional radiant effect;points out the differencesbetween forest-nursery integration and nursery garden in functions,effects,purpose of cultivationand nature of the lands;based on current development of forest-nursery integration,sets forth thetrends of its development,including rise of positivity among forest farmers,increased support fromthe government,becoming a path to green fine works,benefiting the cultivation of backup forestresources,gradual standardization;explores the density standards,categorization of lands,filingsystem and construction standards of forest-nursery integration.
