摘要
利用在2019年江苏省营造林核查中获取的江苏最新造林实绩数据,从工程类别、造林地类型、主要树种组成、“三化”树种占比、权属分布、林种、混交现状7个方面对造林实绩进行了分类概述,从全省造林总量走势、区域分化状况、造林树种结构等方面总结了2019年造林绿化成效特征,重点对各地造林绿化的三大推动力进行了具体分析,并就当前造林绿化地块稀缺、长效保存隐患、基层力量薄弱等问题提出了3点对策,以供江苏今后造林绿化工作参考。
Based on the latest afforestation data of Jiangsu Province obtained in the afforestation verification of Jiangsu Province in 2019,this article summarized the afforestation performance in seven aspects,including project category,afforestation land type,main tree species composition,“three-types”tree species proportion,ownership distribution,forest species,mixed status,and summarized the total afforestation trend,regional differentiation status,afforestation tree species structure,based on the above,this paper analyzed the three driving forces of afforestation in different regions,and put forward three countermeasures for the problems of scarcity of the suitable land for afforestation,hidden dangers of long-term preservation,and weak grass-roots forces for reference in the future afforestation work in Jiangsu Province.
