摘要
目的:分析中医分阶段治疗十二指肠溃疡幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性患者的临床疗效。方法:择取我院2014年1月—2015年10月收治的十二指肠溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳性患者126例为本次的观察对象,依照电脑随机分组法分为常规组与实验组,每组63例。常规组患者采取西药进行治疗,实验组患者采取中医分阶段治疗,比较两种方案的治疗效果。结果:实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为92.06%与74.60%;实验组与常规组患者的Hp清除率分别为82.54%与52.38%,两组患者的治疗总有效率与Hp清除率均差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对十二指肠溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳性患者采取中医分阶段治疗的效果十分显著,治疗总有效率高,Hp清除率高,相比单纯采用西医治疗的效果更佳,该治疗方法安全有效,患者易于接受,值得在今后的临床工作中推荐采纳。
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of TCM phased treatment on positive Helicobacter pylori in duodenal ulcer.Methods:126cases in our hospital from January2014to October2015were divided into two groups according to the randomized groupingmethod,namely the conventional group and the experimental group.The conventional group took western medicine;the experimentalgroup received TCM phased treatment.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group and the conventional group were92.06%and74.60%respectively.The Hp removal in the experimental group and the conventional group were82.54%and52.38%respectively.Thedifference of the total efficiency in groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of TCM phased treatment on positive duodenalulcer Helicobacter pylori are very significant.The total efficiency and high Hp clearance are higher than western medicine alone.Thetreatment method is safe and effective,easy to be accepted,and worth recommending in future clinical work.
