摘要
目的:观察应用中医适宜技术的四缝放血配合穴位按摩治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果,探讨儿科绿色治疗方法,减少临床抗生素应用给患儿带来的伤害,促进儿童健康成长。方法:将75例患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗炎、抗病毒及对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合四缝放血和穴位按摩,治疗1周后观察两组临床效果及临床症状、体征、肺部啰音消散时间,然后继续观察总疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率83.33%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组症状、体征、肺部啰音消散时间和总疗程均较对照组短,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:四缝放血配合穴位按摩治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the TCM acupoint massage on bronchial pneumonia in children.Method:A total of75patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group was treated with antiinflammatory,antiviral and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group received TCM acupoint massage more than the control group.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was100%and that of the control group was83.33%,there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Symptoms,signs,pulmonary rales dissipating time in the treatment group was less than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM acupoint massage had significant curative effect on bronchial pneumonia in children.
