摘要
目的:观察针刺四缝穴联合中药口服治疗小儿疳积的疗效。方法:95例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组48例采用针刺四缝穴联合口服四君子汤加减,对照组47例仅给予口服中药。结果:治疗组48例中显效26例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率91.7%;对照组47例中显效14例,有效17例,无效16例,总有效率66.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺四缝穴治疗小儿疳积临床疗效确切,具有健脾消积、理气醒胃的功效。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sifeng point acupuncture combined with herbs in the treatment of infantile malnutrition.Methods： 95 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group with 48 cases was treated with Sifeng point acupuncture combined with oral Si Junzi Decoction.The control group with 47 patients was treated with oral herbs.Results： In the treatment group,26 cases were markedly effective,18 cases effective,and 4 cases no effect,with total effective rate of 91.7%;in the control group,14 cases were markedly effective,17 cases effective,and 16 cases no effect,with the total effective rate of 66.0%.The differences of total effective rate between two groups were highly statistically significant（]P]0.01）.Conclusion： Sifeng point acupuncture combined with herbs had definite clinical effect in the treatment of infantile malnutrition,strengthening spleen,promoting indigestion,making Qi expedite,and activating stomach.
