摘要
本文概述了体操运动员一般心理训练的内容与方法,提出了心理训练特点,具体方法与手段,阐明了竞技体操运动员,心理训练实施的程序和应注意的问题,总结了运动员赛前的心理反映,心理准备的主要措施,赛前、赛中心理的运用以及心理状态调节与控制的方法和赛后心理恢复的手段等,旨在为运动员心理训练以及竞赛的心理控制提供参考。
This paper summarizes the gymnasts of general mental training content and method,put forward the characteristics of psychological training,specific methods and means,and expounds the artistic gymnastics athlete,psychological training on the implementation of procedures and some problems that should be paid attention to,summarizes the pre-match psychological reflection,main measures of mental preparation,before the game,the use of this psychological and mental state regulation and control methods and means of psychological recovery after the game,etc.,to mental control of athletes psychological training and competition to provide the reference.
