摘要
对GRE(Generic Routing Encapsulation)与IPSec(Internet Protocol Security)VPN的工作过程和工作模式进行了阐述,分析了GRE与IPSec VPN技术下数据报文封装过程,通过在模拟器上设计网络拓扑结构,搭建了GRE隧道与IPSec VPN结合的应用场景,采用实验手段验证了基于GRE和IPSec VPN的技术能够使得异地用户的网络系统可靠地、经济地、安全地进行路由信息共享和信息安全传输。
To observe the influence of NK cells which separated from mouse spleen cells treated with Echinococcus granulosus fluid in vitro. The spleen cells of BABL/C mouse were co-cultured with different concentration Hydatid fluid. The activity and expression of NKG2 D were detected by FCM; and the killing activity of spleen cells were also detected by LDH assay. The result shows that with the increasing of the concentration of Hydatid fluid, the expression of NKG2 D and NK cell activity were decreased. The expression of NKG2 D was decreased, thus reducing the activity of NK cells, which may facilitate Echinococcus granulosus to evade the host's immune.
