摘要
针对大型电网中循环流化床锅炉受自身或环境温度过高影响而容易发生故障或自燃等问题,设计并实现了基于RFW-D100与RFWl22芯片组的大型电网循环流化床锅炉运行温度监测与控制系统,系统通过部署在电网循环流化床锅炉的温度传感器对循环流化床锅炉的运行温度进行实时采集,经过信号放大、滤波、A/D转换后送入单片机进行处理,根据温度换算程序的转换输出所监测部位的温度与位置信息,数据通过基于RFW-D100与RFWl22芯片组的无线通信模块汇集到监控子基站的服务器,远程监控中心可通过Internet网络对所有子基站所控制的监测数据进行综合处理分析,并自启动降温设备对循环流化床锅炉运行温度进行控制。最后进行实验,结果表明,该系统工作稳定,温度检测数据准确,远程数据传输可靠,且系统实现成本较低,便于大规模安装部署。
For large power grid in the circulating fluidized bed boiler is influenced by itself or theenvironment temperature is too high and easy to malfunctions or problems,such as spontaneouscombustion was designed and implemented A grid based on the RFW-D100and RFWl22chipsetcirculating fluidized bed boiler temperature monitoring and control system,the system through thedeployment of circulating fluidized bed boiler in power grid temperature sensors for real-timeacquisition,the operating temperature of the circulating fluidized bed boiler after signal amplifying,filtering,A/D converted into single chip microcomputer for processing,according to the temperatureconversion program transformation output monitoring the temperature of the parts and positioninformation,the data through the based on the RFW-D100and RFWl22chipset wirelesscommunication module to monitor the son of the base station server,remote monitoring center throughthe Internet for all controlled by the base station monitoring data based on the analysis of processing,since the launch of and cooling equipment,the temperature control of circulating fluidized bed boileroperation.The last experiment,the results show that the system working stability,temperature detectingdata accurate and reliable remote data transmission,and system implementation with low cost,easy tolarge-scale deployment.
