摘要 基于硫酸钠和氯化钠在低温条件下的溶解度差别,利用六西格玛的方法设计并研究了晶种浓度,温差和搅拌速度对对芒硝结晶纯度的的影响。结果表明,在实验考察的温度范围内,晶种浓度、温差和搅拌速度对纯度的影响并不显著。这主要是因为考察因素取值范围较窄,并未影响到芒硝析出的结晶过程。补充的晶种浓度的变化会影响结晶过程,当晶种浓度较小时,溶液中以晶核的大量产生为主,当晶种浓度较大时,以晶种的长大为主。 Based on difference of sodium sulfate sodium and chloride solubility at low temperature,effect on temperature and stirring speed on purity was studied with method of Six Sigma.The result showed that temperature range,seed concentration,temperature difference and stirring velocity on purity is not obvious.T he main reason was that narrow range of test factors,and did not affect the crystallization of Glauber.The change of the concentration of added seed will affect the crystallization.A large number of crystal nucleus were emerged when the seed concentration was small.
