摘要
生态园林城市是中国城市适应新的发展要求和挑战所提出的,是在园林城市基础上新的发展阶段和目标。城市绿地系统规划作为指引城市生态和人居环境发展建设工作的重要环节和基本保障,其规划如何进行调整与响应,仍需进一步探索。在基于生态园林城市新的要求分析和当前城市绿地系统规划约束剖析基础上,研究提出了城市绿地系统规划目标与功能响应内容,并从城市绿地系统规划的编制和实施评价展开讨论。对于规划编制,从规划空间、关注范畴、编制策略、编制程序和辅助决策五方面提出了响应的可能。而在实施评价方面,从实施评价过程、内容和力度方面提出了响应。研究对当前我国生态园林城市的申报和建设具有一定的参考价值。
Ecological garden city carried out by urban challenges and new developments,is the new stage of development and goals based on the garden city.Urban green space system planning is the guide to urban ecology and environment development of the important link of the construction and the basic guarantee,and how to adjust their planning and response still needs further exploration.Based on the analysis of new requirements of ecological garden city and current urban green space system planning,it puts forward the goal and function of urban green space system planning,and discusses the urban green space system and the implementation of evaluation.For planning,the article starts from the planning space,focuses on five aspects of category,formulation of strategy,programming and auxiliary decisionmaking,and puts forward response.It also proposes from the implementation of the evaluation process,content and dynamics response.Research about the application and development of ecological garden city has certain reference value to China.
