摘要
目的:挖掘中医药治疗脑卒中后抑郁的组方用药规律。方法:以CNKI中公开发表的文献为基础,运用SPSS 20.0与IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1软件对治疗PSD的中药进行频数分析、关联规则分析,探索脑卒中后抑郁的用药规律。结果:脑卒中后抑郁的治疗方剂80首,治疗药物具有疏肝理气解郁、祛痰开窍、养心安神、健脾宁心、宁神益志、养血柔肝、补血活血、除烦安神等功效,治疗脑卒中后抑郁的药物四气以温性居首,五味以苦味为要,归经以肝经、心经为主,关联规则挖掘出药对16个、药队13个。结论:中医药治疗本病的药物的使用"四气"与"五味"以温、苦类中药为主;药物归经主要集中于肝经与心经,说明脑卒中后抑郁的治疗与两脏有关,亦可反推出本病病位与肝、心两脏密切相关;关联规则算法挖掘出的潜在药物组合多针对本虚标实的病机,阐明"补肾疏肝、活血化痰、调畅气机、怡情易性"是本病的根本治疗大法,且临床上病情变化多端,故须精准辨证,有针对性地选择用药,才能切中主题,提高脑卒中后抑郁的治疗效果。
Objective:To study the regularity of TCM medicine on post-stroke depression.Methods:Based on the published literature in CNKI,SPSS20.0and IBM SPSS Modeler14.1software were used to analyze the frequency of TCM medicine on PSD,and to analyze the regularity of postprandial depression.Results:There were80prescriptions on post-stroke depression.The medicine played the roles of Shugan Liqi Jieyu,Qutan Kaiqiao,Yangxin Anshen,Jianpi Ningxin and so on.Wengxing of medicine on depression after stroke ranks first among Siqi.Bitterness taste ranks first among five flavors.Ganjing and Xinjing predominate in meridian tropism.16couplet medicines and13medicine-queue were excavated based on association rules.Conclusion:Wengxing and bitterness taste rank first in medicines on depression after stroke.Ganjing and Xinjing predominate describes that the treatment of post-stroke depression was related to liver and heart.Potential drug combinations which excavated by the association rule algorithm targeted at the pathogenesis of Benxu Biaoshi,and to clarify the basic treatment for this disease was Bushen Shugan,Huoxue Huayu,Tiaochang Qiji and Yiqing Yixing.And the clinical condition was varied,thus syndrome differentiation should be precise,and medication should be targeted,in order to cut the theme,and to improve clinical effects of medicines on post-stroke depression.
