摘要
目的 :观察中西医结合治疗紧张性头痛的疗效。方法 :治疗组 4 3例用养血柔肝疏风中药及西药阿米替林治疗 ,对照组 4 3例单用阿米替林治疗。结果 :治疗组显效 19例 ,有效 2 1例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 93.0 % ;对照组显效 13例 ,有效 17例 ,无效 13例 ,总有效率 6 9.8% ,两组总有效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :中西医结合治疗紧张性头痛可明显提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in relieving tonic headache. Methods: The test group (43 cases) had been treated by traditional Chinese drugs of nourishing blood and smoothing the liver mixed with amitriptyline, and the control, treated by amitriptyline only. Result: There were 19 obvious effect, 21 effect, 3 ineffect and 93.0% total effect in the test and there were 13, 17, 13 and 69.8% in the control. The indexes between two groups can be found significant diffence (P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine integrated with western medicine can be used to improve curative effect in treating tonic headache.
