摘要
法治教育是指学校有目的、有计划、有组织地对学生进行民主、公平、正义、规则、秩序、权利和义务的教育。通过政策文本逻辑梳理发现,小学社会科课程标准中法治教育目标在于促进学生形成适当的法治意识、获得系统的法治知识、培养法治实践的能力,是为学生成为知法、遵法、守法、用法的公民打下坚实基础。法律规范、法治思维、法治权利与义务是小学社会科课程标准中法治教育的核心内容。法治教育具体途径包括:教学关注经验,强调自主建构;评价关注过程,强调灵活开放;教材编写关注生活实际,强调综合性;资源开发整合校内校外,强调多样化。有鉴于此,为实现小学社会科课程标准中法治教育的完善发展,应均衡协调目标,保障课程目标系统性;丰富资源渠道,加强课程内容深度;整合多方力量,实现课程实施途径多样性。
Law-related education is a kind of practical education activity for training students’democracy,fairness,justice,rule,order,rights and obligations with aim,plan and organization.The aim of law-related education lies in helping students fulfill the cultivation of law-related knowledge,the construction of law-related ability and the formation of law-related consciousness.The contents of law-related education include legal norms,legal thinking,rights and obligations.The methods of law-related education include four parts:teaching focuses on experience and emphasizes self-construction,evaluation focuses on process and emphasizes flexibility,textbook compilation focuses on real life materials and emphasizes integration,curriculum resource development focuses on the combination of the materials on campus and off campus,and as well as emphasizes diversification.In order to promote the development of law-related education,there are three improving methods,including balancing and coordinating object to guarantee curriculum objectives’systematicness,increasing resource channels to enhance the depth of course contents,integrating related strength to achieve curriculum approaches’diversity.
