摘要
超音速分离器主要由Laval喷管、旋流管和扩压管等主要部件组成,是一种高效节能的脱水净化装置。由于旋流位置的不同,分离器内部流场的特性变化也会不同。本文通过研究前置型旋流段内导流叶片螺距的不同对分离器内部流场产生的影响,进而实现对分离器旋流段内部结构和旋流段位置的优化设计,以提高超音速分离器的脱水效率。
The supersonic separator was mainly composed of Laval nozzle,swirl tube and diffuser,and it was an energy efficient main components of dehydration device.Because of the swirl in different position,change characteristics of separator internal flow field would be different.This paper mainly studied the effects of different type of Whirl flow in front of the guide vane pitch separator internal flow field,in order to achieve the separator Whirl flow internal structure and Whirl flow position optimization design,and then improved the dehydration efficiency of supersonic separator.
