摘要
超音速分离技术是天然气处理工艺技术的一大突破,超音速分离系统具有流程简单、无需化学试剂、结构紧凑轻巧、无移动部件等特点。本文分析了超音速分离技术和J—T阀节流膨胀制冷技术脱烃效果的影响因素,同时运用HYSYS软件对某处超音速分离器的应用实例采用J—T阀节流膨胀制冷技术对天然气脱烃过程进行模拟。结果表明:超音速分离技术具有比J—T阀节流膨胀制冷技术更好的脱烃性能,对气流中的CO_2、H_2S也有一定的脱除作用。
