摘要
智慧社区是智慧城市建设的基本构成单元。针对目前社区物业服务手段单一匮乏、政府收集信息不全面存在盲区,以及社区居民生活服务信息化程度较低等问题,研究了有关智慧社区移动服务系统开发的原理、系统构架以及关键技术,研发出了基于智能移动终端、移动地理信息系统和移动物联网等技术的智慧社区移动服务系统。实践表明,系统在物业管理、生活服务、社区资源获取等方面获得了较好的应用效果。
Intelligent Community is the basic building blocks of Smart City’s construction.In the current,for the problems of community service is poor and the government collecting information is not comprehensive with existing blind area,and the internationalized living services level is low of community residents and so on,this paper studied the development principle of Intelligent Community mobile service system,system architecture and key technologies,and developed Intelligent Community mobile service system based on the smart mobile device,the mobile GIS and the mobile internet of things and so on.The practice result shows that the application has an important influence in the property management system,living services,community resources and so on.
