摘要
目的:研究普拉克索治疗老年帕金森病伴发抑郁的临床疗效。方法:收治老年帕金森病伴发抑郁患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组给予吡贝地尔缓释片治疗,观察组给予普拉克索治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的HAMD评分显著低于对照组;观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组。结论:普拉克索治疗老年帕金森病伴发抑郁具有显著的临床疗效。
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of pramipexole in the treatment of senile parkinson's disease with depression.Methods:100 patients with senile parkinson's disease with depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given piribedil sustained-release tablets treatment,and the observation group was given pramipexole treatment.The clinical treatment effects were compared between groups.Results:After treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Pramipexole in the treatment of senile parkinson's disease with depression has a significant clinical curative effect.
