摘要
"为政以德"是儒家政治思想的核心,体现中国古代最高政治文明。"为政以德"主张为政者要"修己"、"以民为本",并通过"以刑辅德"来维护统治者的统治地位。把孔子"为政以德"治国理念转换成现代性治国理念,为中国反腐倡廉提供极大的价值意义,促进中国廉洁政府、服务型政府的建设。
The idea of“rule by moral force”is the core of Confucian political thought,which reflects the highest political civilization in ancient China.“rule by moral force”advocates that rulers maintain dominance by self-cultivation and people-based policies together with“the punishment for auxiliary”.Taking the governing idea of“rule by moral force”into modern domination provides great value significance for China’s anticorruption and promotes Chinese clean and honest government,the construction of a service-oriented government.
