摘要
民事诉讼制度的完善是构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重要方面。民事诉讼法的修改为回应社会发展的需要,必须首先在诉讼理念上实现根本转变,同时,通过系统且细致的制度建构保障这些新理念的实现。
It is an important aspect of socialistic harmonious society to improve the system of civil procedure. As a response to development of society, the revision of civil procedure law must renew its legislative ideas and realize them through systematic and detailed design of systems.
