摘要
泌尿外科教学要培养实习学生的创新能力,需大力营造思维氛围并提高实习学生的参与意识;需采用多途径培养实习学生的想象力;需积极训练实习学生的发散思维和聚合思维。本文拟从这几方面展开论述,以期在泌尿外科的教学活动中,对如何培养学生创新思维能力提供一定参考。
Cultivating students'innovative ability in urology teaching needs to create a strong atmosphere of thinking and improve the sense of participation of students in practice;needs to to cultivate students'imagination by multiple ways;needs to actively train students of divergent thinking and aggregation thinking.This article will be discussed from these aspects,with a view to provide a reference for training of students'innovative thinking ability in urology teaching activities.
