摘要
高职人才培养,是为了服务区域经济发展。通过对广东省国际物流行业发展趋势与人才需求状况的分析,结合高职院校《国际货运代理实务》课程的实践教学情况来看,高职院校应该采用优化实践教学条件、引进区域典型案例、建设课程团队等方法进行课程改革,培养适应区域经济发展的具有高技能的实用型国际货运代理人才。
The goal of higher vocational talents training is to serve the regional economic development.Through analysis on the development trend of international logistics industry and the demand of talents in Guangdong Province,combine the practice teaching of the course of international freight agency practice in Higher Vocational Colleges put forward to strengthen the practice teaching condition,introduction of regional typical cases,construction course team and other methods.Through curriculum reform Training to adapt to the development of regional economy,has a highly skilled practical talents of international freight forwarding.
