摘要
本文以五星级酒店为研究对象,分析五星级酒店存在的食品安全问题,并针对这些问题提出解决对策,以期保证酒店餐饮食品安全,提高五星级酒店服务质量。
Food safety in five-star hotels have been analyzed taking five-star hotel as the object ofthis study,and reasonable measures and strategies have been put forward to manage the food safety moreconveniently in five-star hotels.Based on these,we can ensure the food safety of hotel catering,and enhancethe service quality of five-star hotels.
