摘要
近年来,我国酒店业整体发展迅速,在各个方面不断与国际接轨,各酒店之间的竞争也日益激烈。国内本土品牌五星级酒店在迅猛发展的过程中虽有一定的进步,但与国际品牌的五星级酒店相比,在服务质量上仍存在着较多的问题,必须认识到只有持续不断地提高酒店服务质量,特别是要不断加强软硬件的建设,才能在日趋激烈的市场竞争中更具竞争力和发展活力。文章分析国内本土品牌五星级酒店服务质量现状和存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策以提升国内本土品牌五星级酒店服务质量水平。
In recent years, hotel industry has gained a rapid development, and geared itself to the international conventions in all aspects;besides, the competition between hotels is becoming fiercer and fiercer. Though some progress has been made in the service of five-star hotels in China, there still exist some problems as compared with the international hotels. Therefore, we must knowthat: only if we continuously improve the service of the hotels in China, esp. their building of facilities, can the hotels be more competitive and energetic.This paper analyzes the major problems about the service of five-star hotels in China and then propounds some countermeasures against these problems.
