摘要
目的:总结慢性阻塞性肺病(慢阻肺)住院患者的护理经验,进一步提高护理质量。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺病患者60例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:护理总有效率98.3%。护理后,肺功能指标、日常生活能力、社会活动能力、抑郁症状和焦虑症状均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:加强心理护理、用药指导、饮食指导、合理运动指导是慢阻肺患者的重要护理措施,可以明显提高护理质量。
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve the quality of nursing.Methods:60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 98.3% .After nursing,the indexes of pulmonary function,daily living ability,social activity ability,depression and anxiety symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the psychological nursing,medication guidance,diet guidance,reasonable exercise guidance were important nursing measures for patients with COPD,it can significantly improve the quality of care.
