摘要
目的探讨行为心理干预对老年呼吸系统细菌性感染患者预后的影响。方法老年呼吸系统细菌性感染患者150例随机分为治疗组与对照组各75例,两组都给予常规抗细菌药物治疗与日常护理,在此基础上治疗组给予积极的心理行为干预,持续干预2周。结果干预后治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为96.0%和76.0%,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后经过调查,进行调查,治疗组患者的躯体疼痛、总体健康、生理功能、生理职能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为心理干预在老年呼吸系统细菌性感染患者中的应用能提高治疗疗效,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the prognostic influence of behavior and psychological intervention on the prognosis of patients with bacterial respiratory infections in elderly. Methods150 bacterial respiratory infections elderly patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 75 cases,both groups were given conventional anti-bacterial medications and daily care,on the basis of the treatment group was given a positive psychological and behavioral intervention,continued intervention in two weeks.ResultsThe response rates in the treatment group and the control group were 96.0% and 76.0% respectively that the response rate of the treatment group had significantly higher（P〈0.05）.After an investigation after the intervention, investigation,The physiological function,physical function,bodily pain and general health scores in the treatment group were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusionbehavioral psychological intervention in elderly patients with bacterial infections of the respiratory system can improve the therapeutic efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients,should be widely applied.
