摘要
目的了解儿童家长对疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测的知识、态度和相关行为。方法在全市18个县按经济水平分三层抽取7个县,在抽中的县随机抽取城区和农村儿童家长进行问卷调查。结果共调查1 274名儿童家长,其中83.75%知道接种疫苗后有可能会发生不良反应;61.30%知晓大部分不良反应发生时间。对AEFI常见临床症状的知晓率较低,对接种后留观30分钟的知晓率较高。89.80%的家长认为有必要开展AEFI监测工作,94.58%的家长支持留观30分钟。如果发生AEFI,33.83%的家长会向接种医生咨询。发生AEFI后,家长的报告率为86.04%,与学历、居住地和对AEFI态度、知晓情况有关;其中82.45%选择向接种单位报告,并有74.83%选择带小孩到接种单位报告。42.70%的家长报告留观时间为30分钟以上,与家长所持态度及相关知识知晓程度有关。结论应强化接种前的告知,加强对家长的AEFI监测知识的宣教工作,引导其正确认识AEFI。
Objective: To understand the situation of KAP on adverse events following immunization(AEFI) among the parents in Ganzhou City. Methods Using the method of stratified sampling, questionnaires were conducted among 1274 parents about knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) on adverse events following immunization (AEFI). Results The results showed that there were 83.75% of the parents knew the AEFI after vaccination, 61.30% of the parents knew the time of occurring adverse reaction following immunization,and the awareness rate of common clinical symptoms was low,but 94.11% of the parents knew that the children should rest 30 minutes after vaccination.Most parents ( 89.80%) thought that it was necessary to carry out AEFI monitoring,and 94.58% of the parents thougt that it was necessary to stay 30 minutes for observaiton after vaccination.If any AEFI occured, 33.83% of the parents would consult the vaccination doctor.AEFI reporting rate of parents was 86.04%, it was related to the parents’ education background, attitude and knowledge of AEFI.Most parents ( 82.45%)choosed to report AEFI to the vaccination units, and 74.83% of parents took their children to report it to the vaccination units.Only 42.70% of parents stayed over 30 minutes for observation after vaccination,and the rate was related to the parents’attitude and knowledge of AEFI. Conclusions We should strengthen the notification and propaganda of AEFI to guide the parents to understand AEFI correctly
