摘要
目的:观察分析国产奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的有效性和安全性。方法:选取我院2015年1月—2015年12月进行治疗的120例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,通过随机法分为研究组60例和对照组60例,对照组患者给予奥曲肽治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合乌司他丁治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及严重并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者腹胀腹痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、住院时间明显优于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者总有效率为96.7%,对照组患者总有效率为85%,研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者严重并发症发生率为6.7%,对照组患者严重并发症发生率为21.7%,研究组患者的严重并发症发生率明显低于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性胰腺炎的患者采取国产奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗,效果显著,严重并发症发生率低,安全性高,值得进行应用及推广。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effectiveness and safety of domestic octreotide combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: 120 patients with acute pancreatitisand who accepted treatments in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were taken as the research objects, and divided into the study group with 60 cases and the control group with 60 cases by the random method. The control group was treated with octreotide, while in the study group, on the basis treatment in the control group, they were also treated with the ulinastatin.Then, the clinical effects and the incidence of severe complications of two groups of patients were compared. Outcome: The abdominal distension and abdominal pain relief time, blood amylase return to normal time, urine amylase recovery time, and hospitalization time of patients in the studygroup were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate in the study group was 96.7% while in the control group was 85%, the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence rate of severe complications of patients in the study group was 6.7%, while in the control group was 21.7%, the incidence rate of severe complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment effects of domestic octreotide combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis are significant, with lower severe complication rate, higher security, thus, it is worth to be applied and promoted.
