摘要 目的:建立同时测定水中12种卤代烃的顶空气相色谱法。方法:水中微量卤代烃经顶空气液分配后,用HP-5毛细管柱进行分离,对水浴平衡温度和平衡时间影响因素进行研究和优化。结果:在所建立的最佳实验条件下能有效地分离水中的12种卤代烃。各组分保留时间稳定,线性范围能满足测定要求。标准曲线的相关系数0.999 1~0.999 8,各组分的检出限0.000 3~2.000 0μg/L,精密度RSD 0.06%~2.90%,加标回收率88.6%~107.0%。结论:本法准确、简便,适合水中12种卤代烃的同时检测分析。 Objective:To establish simultaneous determination of12kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in water by headspace gaschromatography.Methods:After the distribution of trace halohydrocarbons in the water,using HP-5capillary column forseparation,to study and optimize the influence factors of water equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time.Results:Under theoptimal experimental conditions,we can effectively separate12kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in water.The retention time ofeach component was stable.Linear range can meet the measurement requirements.The correlation coefficient of the standard curvewas0.9991~0.9998;the detection limit of each component was0.0003~2.0000μg/L;the precision RSD was0.06%~2.90%;the recovery rate was88.6%~107.0%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and simple,and it is suitable for the simultaneousdetection and analysis of12halogenated hydrocarbons in water.
