摘要
目的:非剥脱点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素透皮给药治疗眼周皱纹的安全性及有效性临床评估。方法:15位眼周皱纹患者通过1 565nm非剥脱点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素透皮给药给予治疗。使用VISIA皮肤检测仪对治疗前后眼周皱纹进行对比并拍照。同时记录下患者接受治疗舒适度和自身接受治疗后的皮肤改善情况。结果:15位患者在治疗后1周到6个月减少眼周皱纹,同时明显改善上、下睑皮肤松弛。本组患者对肉毒素透皮给药改善眶周皱纹表示满意。结论:上睑及下睑等部位,是传统A型肉毒毒素皮下注射的禁忌区域,因为会造成上睑下垂、假性眼袋、复视等较多并发症。1 565nm非剥脱点阵激光联合A型肉毒毒素透皮给药可以在可控的皮肤深度减少眼周皱纹及松弛的基础上最大限度避免上述情况的发生,完成治疗的15位患者均无并发症及不良反应出现,且患者满意度高。这种在眼周进行透皮给药的治疗方式会是一种减少眼周皱纹的新疗法。
Objective Assessed the clinical safety and effectiveness of non-ablative fractional laser(NAFL) combined with transdermal delivery of botulinum toxin A (BTX) in the treatment of periocular wrinkles. Methods 15 patients who had periocular wrinkles were treated with 1565nm NAFL in combination in the left periocular area of and normal saline in the corresponding area of the right eye. We used VISIA skin detector to photograph and compare the changes induced by treatment.We also recorded the comfort level of the patients. Results After the treatment,all patients’ periocular wrinkles decreased, andthe flabbiness of eyelids was significantly reduced. 15 patients were satisfied with the treatment. Conclusions The upper and lower eyelids are traditionally contraindicated for subcutaneous BTX injection, as it may cause complications. The treatment combining 1 565 nm NAFL and transdermal delivery of BTX can depth-controlled decrease periocular wrinkles and flabbiness under while avoiding such complications to the greatest extent. None of the groups who had completed the treatment suffered from complications or adverse effects and were satisfied with the treatment outcome.
