摘要
目的眶隔筋膜缩紧在伴眶下缘凹陷畸形的眼袋整形术中的应用。方法选取我院2016年4月-2017年4月收治的112例伴眶下缘凹陷畸形患者,设为对照组,该组行常规眼袋整形术。另选取我院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的112例伴眶下缘凹陷畸形患者,设为观察组,该组在眼袋整形术中额外行眶隔筋膜缩紧。对比两组治疗满意度、有效率,以及6个月复发率,对眶隔筋膜缩紧在伴眶下缘凹陷畸形的眼袋整形术中的应用价值做总结。结果观察组治疗有效率和满意度高于对照组,6个月复发率低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在伴眶下缘凹陷畸形的眼袋整形术中,应用眶隔筋膜缩紧方法可以提升治疗效果,也能控制问题复发,可推广于后续临床工作中。
Objective To study the application of orbital septum fascia tightening in pouch plastic surgery with lower orbital margin depression.Methods 112 patients with inferior orbital margin depression from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected as the control group,which underwent routine pouch plastic surgery.Another 112 patients with depression deformity of the lower orbital margin were selected as observation group,which underwent additional constriction of orbital septum fascia during baggy plastic surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018.Comparing the satisfaction rate,effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups at 6 months,the application value of orbital septum fascia tightening in pouch plastic surgery with lower orbital margin depression deformity was summarized.Result The effective rate and satisfaction of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate in 6 months was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of orbital septum fascia tightening in baggy plastic surgery with lower orbital margin depression can improve the therapeutic effect and control the recurrence of the problem,which can be extended to follow-up clinical work.
