摘要 为了提高课程评价的公正性、改善师生关系和提升教学效果,本文对高校管理类课程教学中的平时成绩评定进行了探索与实践。本文首先简要介绍了常见的平时成绩评定方法,接着对目前平时成绩评定中存在的问题进行分析探索,并提出了平时成绩评定依据的多样化、主体的多元化、方法的科学性和结果的透明性四项原则。最后,将这四项原则运用到管理类课程的教学实践中,并给出了应用实例。 In order to improve the fairness of grade assessment and the relationship between teachers and students,and enhance the teaching effect,this paper explores and practices the regular grade assessment in the teaching of management courses. The common methods assessing regular grade are firstly introduced,followed by the problems of these regular grade assessment methods. Then the four principles assessing regular grade are put forward:diversified bases,varied subjects,scientific methods and transparent results. Finally,the four principles are applied to the teaching practice of management courses,and the application examples are given.
