摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床效果及对患者血清炎性因子水平影响。方法:收治冠心病患者66例,随机分为两组。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组给予阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组临床疗效及血清炎性因子水平。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血清炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床疗效显著,可有效改善血清炎性因子水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and effect on the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in patients.Methods:66 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with atorvastatin.The research group was treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.The clinical effect and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in the twogroups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease had significant clinical effect,which could improve the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines effectively.
