摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗的效果。方法选择2014年4月~2015年4月120例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组患者予阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪,对照组患者予阿托伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的血脂情况、心绞痛发作次数、每次发作的持续时间。结果经过治疗两组患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）改善明显,且治疗组治疗后的各项指标较对照组改善更显著,且治疗组的心绞痛发作次数、每次发作的持续时间改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病患者使用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗效果明显,有助于改善心绞痛症状,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From April 2014 to April 2015, 120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine. The control group was treated with atorvastatin treatment, after treatment,the blood lipid, angina attack times,each episode duration were compared between two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the LDL-C, HDL-C,TG, TC of two groups were improved significantly, and the treatment group was improved significantly than the control group, the lipids, angina attack times, each episode duration of improvement of treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） has obvious effect, help to improve the symptoms of angina pectoris, it is widely used in clinical treatment.
