摘要
目的探讨分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法整群选取并回顾性分析2014年11月—2015年12月间在该院治疗的126例冠心病患者的临床记录资料,将其随机分为两组:观察组63例,应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗;对照组63例,仅应用阿托伐他汀治疗。治疗后,比较两组疗效,观察两组治疗前后的血脂指标的变化以及心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间等观察指标的变化。结果治疗后,两组的总有效率分别为93.65%、79.37%,相比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的TC为(2.16±0.74)mmol/L,TG为(1.38±0.18)mmol/L,LDLC为(1.48±0.02)mmol/L,HDLC为(1.55±0.47)mmol/L,心绞痛发作次数为(2.31±0.59)次/周,发作持续时间为(3.05±0.89)min,运动持续时间为(618.03±170.98)s,ST段下降1 mm时间为(447.52±68.93)s,和对照组相比,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪可有效治疗冠心病,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the analysis of atorvastatin combined trimetazidine clinical curative effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Group selection and retrospective analysis of between November 2014 to Decem-ber 2015 in our hospital treatment of 126 cases of patients with coronary heart disease clinical record data, it were randomly divided into two groups： observation group 63 examples, application of combined trimetazidine atorvastatin treatment; The control group, 63 cases of atorvastatin treatment only. After treatment, compared two groups of curative effect, observe the change of the two groups before and after treatment of blood fat index and duration of anginal attacks, attacks such as obser-vation index changes. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of two groups were 93.65%, 79.37%, compared with statistical significance difference （P〈 0.05）. TC as observation group after treatment （2.16 ±0.74） tendency for L, TG for （1.38±0.18） tendency for L, LDLC for （1.48±0.02） tendency, L in HDLC is （1.55±0.47） tendency for L, attack frequency of angina pectoris was （2.31±0.59） times/week, attack duration （3.05±0.89） min, exercise duration （618.03±170.98） s, ST seg-ment fell for 1 mm （447.52±68.93） s, compared with control group, the differences were statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined trimetazidine can effective treatment for coronary heart disease, is worthy of populariza-tion and application.
