大型高强度灰铁机后盖生产及工艺改进

摘要 L27/38高强度灰铸铁机后盖在生产过程中发现裂纹、气孔、工艺孔缺料等铸造缺陷,废品率很高。分析铸造缺陷原因,提出相应的改进措施,对工艺进行了完善。经生产验证,机后盖铸件的成品率大幅提高。 L27/38high strength gray cast iron end-cover was found some casting defects such as crack,gascavity on the top surface,lack of material for auxiliary holes in the production process.So its rejection rate washigher.Analyzing the reasons of these defects,we proposed the corresponding improvement measures in thispaper.It has been verifi ed by production that the casting yield of the end-cover was increased signifi cantly.
