汽轮机缸体裂纹补焊工艺

摘要 对用ZG15Cr2Mo1钢制作的汽轮机缸体进行了可焊性分析,目的是弄清缸体的缺陷是否能进行焊补.据此,对汽轮机缸体铸造裂纹提出了具体的补焊工艺,如,采用打止裂孔的方法,控制预热的温度和速度,在焊接过程中采用打底焊、分段焊等方法,获得了满意的缸体缺陷焊补质量. Weldability of steam turbine cylinder made of ZG15Cr2Mol steel was analyzed for the purpose of discovering whether defects in the cylinder are repaired by welding. On these grounds, some concrete weld-repairing technologies used in repairing casting crack were put forward, including preparation of crack arrest hole, control of temperature and rate of preheating, and the use of backing welding and block welding, etc. As a result, the crack in the cylinder were well repaired by welding.
