摘要
通过练习实践体悟法、逻辑推理法等研究方法对传统技击术(手搏)与现代散打的异同进行比较,以点带面进行剖析,并对当前传统技击术发展困境提出理论性建议与对策以供借鉴,从而促进现代武术科学化发展。
With the methods of practice experience and logical reasoning, the paper does the comparative study of traditional hand fighting and modern Sanda, about their similarities and differences, does some analysis, and puts forward theoretical suggestions and countermeasures for traditional hand fighting skills striving out today development difficulties and dilemma, to promote the scientific development of modern Wushu.
