摘要
3-RPS并联机构具有高精度、高承载能力、结构简单紧凑、易于实现高速运动等优点,由此基于3-RPS并联机构,开展新型电流体动力打印设备的研发工作。对3-RPS并联机构电流体打印机的结构进行了设计,并对一些受力部件以及非标准零件进行了设计计算,相关结果表明采用3-RPS并联机构的电流体动力打印设备设计方案可行。
The3-RPS parallel mechanism has the advantages of high precision,high load capacity,simple and compact structure,easyto realize high-speed movement,etc.The research work of this paper is based on3-RPS parallel mechanism.The structure of3-RPSparallel mechanism current-body printer is designed,and some force components and non-standard parts are designed and calculated.The results show that the design scheme of3-RPS parallel mechanism is feasible.
