摘要
舞龙在民间深受人们的喜爱,舞龙不仅能够锻炼身体素质,它更能够促进民族传统体育文化的传承,增进民族情怀。而现在的学校都大力发展有特色的教学,将舞龙运动这个优秀的传统民族体育纳入中学体育课程,能够更好地促进民族体育发展和传承,增强学生的民族自豪感。文章以舞龙运动在长沙市明德洞井中学体育选项课的运用现状研究作为研究对象进行研究,采用文献资料法、逻辑思维法、问卷调查法等,对长沙市明德洞井中学舞龙运动选项课开展现状进行调查研究,研究结果显示:在长沙市明德洞井中学开设舞龙运动选项课增强了课堂的趣味性,调动了学生学习的积极主动性,丰富了校园文化生活,增强了学生对民族传统文化的了解,推动了优秀传统民族文化的发展。文章从中学开展舞龙运动体育选项课入手,对中学体育选项课教学的文献进行总结分析,并对长沙市明德洞井中学开设的舞龙选项课现状进行研究分析,为今后中学推广舞龙运动选项提供依据。
Dragon dance in the folk was deeply loved by people, the dragon dance can not only exercise the body quality, it is more able to promote the national traditional sports culture heritage, promote national feelings. Now the school is to develop the distinctive teaching, the dragon dance movement is an excellent traditional national sport in middle school physical education curriculum, to better promote the development of national sports and heritage, strengthen students' sense of national pride. Based on dragon dance movement in Changsha Jingdong Middle School sports option class as the research object, with the methods of literature, logic method, questionnaire investigation, etc., in Changsha Dongjing Middle School dragon dance current situation in sports option classes, to carry out the investigation and study, the results show that: in Changsha Dongjing School, dragon dance sports option class enhances the classroom a lot of fun, to mobilize the initiative of student's study, enrich the campus cultural life,enhance the students' understanding of traditional culture, promote the development of the excellent traditional culture. This paper will, from the perspective of the middle school to carry out the dragon dance sports option class, to summarize the literature on the elective course teaching in middle school, analysis, as well as to the Changsha Dongjing School, through analyzing the dragon option class status, provide the basis for the future middle school to promote dragon dance movement options.
