摘要
近年来,蔬菜的质量安全问题逐渐引起了人们的重视。作为消费者不仅要关心蔬菜的营养价值和保健价值,更应关注蔬菜产品的质量安全。本文简要介绍了蔬菜的质量分级以及影响蔬菜质量的主要因素,以期指导菜农进行各个级别蔬菜的种植与质量控制,并给予消费者辨别的指导。
In recent years, the quality and safety of vegetables are also increasingly highlighted. As consumers, they should not only care about the nutritional value and health value of vegetables, but also should pay more attention to the quality and safety of vegetable products. In this paper, the author briefly introduced the main factors of the quality of vegetables and vegetable quality grading effect, in order to guide farmers to all levels of vegetable cultivation, and give guidance on the consumer.
